No Refund on Digital Products
All templates sold on TemplateNotionFlow are digital products. Once a Notion template link has been delivered to your email, the product has been fully consumed and cannot be "returned." For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
We strongly encourage you to:
- Read the full product description before purchasing
- Check which Notion plan is required (free vs. paid)
- Review any preview images or demos provided
- Reach out with questions before purchasing via our contact page
When We Will Help
While we don't offer monetary refunds, we are committed to making sure every customer gets full value from their purchase. We will actively assist you if:
- You did not receive your template — check your spam folder first, then contact us and we will resend the link promptly
- The template link is broken or expired — we will issue a new working link at no charge
- The template does not match its description — contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve it, including offering a replacement template of equal value
- You experience a technical issue — we will provide support to get the template working in your Notion workspace
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same template twice, please contact us within 48 hours with proof of both transactions and we will issue a refund or store credit for the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue is a violation of these terms. We maintain detailed records of all purchases and deliveries. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed.
