1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TemplateNotionFlow website and all digital products ("Templates") sold through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
TemplateNotionFlow reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Products & Delivery
All products sold on TemplateNotionFlow are digital Notion templates. Upon successful payment you will receive an email containing a Notion template link. You can duplicate the template directly into your Notion workspace at no additional cost.
Delivery is automated and typically instant. If you do not receive your template within 30 minutes of purchase, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@templatenotionflow.com.
3. Licence & Permitted Use
When you purchase a template, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may:
- Duplicate the template into your own Notion workspace
- Customise the template to suit your needs
- Use the template for personal projects or your own business
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicence the template to any third party
- Share the original template link publicly or with others who have not purchased it
- Use the template to create a competing product or template shop
- Remove or obscure any copyright or attribution notices
4. Team & Commercial Licences
If you wish to use a template across a team, organisation, or share it with multiple people, a separate team licence is required. Please contact us at support@templatenotionflow.com for team licence pricing.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, designs, text, graphics, and other materials on TemplateNotionFlow are the intellectual property of TemplateNotionFlow and are protected by copyright law. Your purchase does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you.
6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. If you experience a technical issue with a template, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Templates are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. TemplateNotionFlow does not warrant that templates will meet your specific requirements or that they will be error-free. Results may vary depending on your use case and Notion plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TemplateNotionFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our templates, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the template in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
